Burgeon Barbell Athlete, Mondrae Ingram Training Block PRs

I was very excited when coach and athlete Mondrae asked if he could run a Burgeon Barbell program. It’s been a lot of fun working alongside someone with years of training experience. We ran a 5-week strength block, then tested maxes on squat, bench, and deadlift. He hit a 5lbs lifetime squat PR and a 10lbs lifetime bench PR. Really excited to see what kind of progress we can continue to make with a work ethic like Mondrae’s.
